Our objective is to use our long experience and our top-class contacts to help companies with urgent problems quickly, efficiently, and at reasonable prices. We love to face new challenges and to “take things in our own hands”; therefore we will become active in your business ourselves. It is not our intention to have a career in your company, nor do we want to become your permanent consultants. We work independently, objectively, and always for your benefit.

We consider ISSUE MANAGEMENT as an accompanying measure for a sustainable reorganization or restructuring of companies with the objective to create sound companies who maintain sustainable economic activities and are continuously successful. The usual reorganization and restructuring measures are often focussed on short-term success. The lack of sustainability leads the company into a new crisis after a short or medium term – very often severely threatening the existence of the company.
